MV Hallelujah Similan Liveaboard

New for the coming 2011/12 Similan dive season is MV Hallelujah. Previously known as Viking of the Orient she is now being operated by the West Coast team who have years of experience running their Explorer fleet of liveaboards to the Similans, Koh Bon and Richelieu Rock.

Hallelujah is a big boat, 35m long with a steel hull and twin 450hp engines. She's currently in the shipyard here in Phuket having the final stages of her refurbishment. We'll get a good look at her next month and will post more photos on this blog then.

She should be a popular boat at 27,700 baht per diver in a twin bed cabin. That's good value for such a nice vessel. Hallelujah will take 24 guests in twin and double en-suite cabins. There are only 2 double bed cabins and these will be the first to sell out.
